At Max.mt, we take pride in the quality of our digital course and consulting services. This Refund Policy sets out your rights clearly and fairly, in compliance with EU consumer protection law and Maltese law.

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
Under EU law, you lose your right to withdraw from a digital product purchase if you have explicitly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. By purchasing the course, you confirm both.
Specifically for the No-Team Procurement System course: You may request a full refund before you start Module 2. A clear disclaimer at the end of Module 1 reminds you of this. Once you unlock Module 2, you have consumed a substantial portion of the digital product, and the refund window closes. This is fair, transparent, and compliant with the EU digital content exemption.
To request a course refund: Email hello@max.mt with subject "Refund Request — [your name] — Course" and include your purchase date and order reference.
Business clients do not benefit from the EU consumer cooling-off right. Refunds are governed by the specific agreement between the parties. In the absence of a specific agreement, no refunds for services already commenced.

We acknowledge within 2 business days, resolve within 7. Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
Contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested and may result in permanent suspension.
We are human and understand that life happens. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other genuine exceptional circumstances, we will always try to find a fair and compassionate solution — whether credit, rescheduling, or partial refund.
Nothing limits your statutory rights under EU or Maltese law.
